Trapped behind glassLife can overwhelm any of us, grab us, hold us, leaving us suddenly trapped within oppressive realities.  In those moments, freedom can seem elusive, even nonexistent, but it’s not. We just need to know where to look and what to do. Here’s the answer.

Absolutely, Elizabeth!! The movement simply needs to be… we need to “shift” ourselves away from “stuckness”!! Putting ourselves into gear and moving will take us out of the rut; once we’re out we can decide the direction and propel ourselves wherever we wish to go. Thanks for the thoughts!!

One of the things that came to mind as I listened to this, Brooke, is how often the action we take needn’t be big, and it may not even need to be on a physical level to turn us in a forward direction from which we can begin to take itty bitty steps, or humongous steps (or something in between) that will move us through the stuck time, back into momentum.

Thank you,
Elizabeth
