When people say to you, “Tell me something about yourself.” What do you say?
I mean c’mon that’s one of those on-the-spot questions.
Usually, for me, those times are in person, so hair color, eye color, etc. are a “duh”. So, heck, what am I supposed to say.
Well, here’s what comes to mind…
1) When I color in a book I usually stay in the lines, but when I’m coloring in life it’s a lot more fun to see the lines on a scale between Da Vinci and Pollack.
2) While running I hold hands with the wind.
3) The night sky and I sing the same songs, but the stars harmonize better so I sing the melody line.
4) If I’m playing in the ocean and a crashing wave throws me into a tumble I relish the tiny seconds of tight-knot suspense when you can’t articulate seafloor from skyscape.
5) When I love, I do it whole-heartedly. I’ve never learned how to use less of it. (And believe me, I’ve tried.)
6) Quiet time, shared with trees, is the one of the most centering experiences I know.
7) A path laid out before me calls my name, and from the moment I hear it I wanna go, I wanna go…..

Yes!
These things describe you perfectly.
I love them all.
I chuckled at the one about the stars.
I feel the whole hearted love in your friendship.
